Spicy Wizard is for entertainment purposes only. Its purpose is to help facilitate communication between individuals, organizations, vendors, and community members about interests, boundaries, expectations, and activities.

The website is a communication tool. It does not provide legal, medical, mental health, or other professional advice, certify anyone's safety or suitability, or guarantee the accuracy of user content or AI-generated suggestions.

Pacts, surveys, responses, templates, signatures, acknowledgements, and records labelled as contracts or waivers are intended only as nonbinding communication aids. Spicy Wizard gives these records no legal authority and does not intend them to create a binding contract, an enforceable obligation, or a waiver of anyone's rights. Signing, submitting, finalizing, or sharing a record does not change that intended purpose.

No website record entitles anyone to another person's participation, attention, contact, body, money, goods, or services. The website does not enforce personal arrangements or decide legal disputes.

These statements describe the website's intended use. They do not determine what a court may decide, cancel separate obligations imposed by law, or override applicable law or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The website's owners and authorized staff decide what moderation or disciplinary measures are appropriate. Subject to applicable law, they may issue warnings, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users at their discretion, with or without advance notice.

Measures may address rule violations, suspected misuse, safety concerns, disruption, or other conduct the owners or staff consider inappropriate. There is no promised sequence of warnings, identical outcome in every case, hearing, appeal, or reinstatement process unless required by law.

Staff may act on reports but cannot guarantee that every submission or interaction is reviewed. Organization administrators may also apply their own community rules within the permissions the website gives them.

Using Spicy Wizard does not entitle you to continued access, particular features, support, membership, event admission, a response from another user, or a particular result. The service is provided as is and as available; owners may change, interrupt, or discontinue it.

To the extent permitted by law, the website's owners and staff do not owe compensation, replacement access, or another benefit merely because you use the website or because content or access is restricted. This does not remove any refund, consumer, privacy, or other right that applicable law requires.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent storage, or the conduct of other people. To the extent permitted by law, the owners and staff disclaim warranties and liability for losses arising from use of the service or reliance on user content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You are responsible for your account, what you share, and your decisions online and offline. Evaluate people, organizations, vendors, events, and activities independently. A listing, profile, template, or message is not an endorsement by Spicy Wizard.

Separate transactions with organizations or vendors may carry their own terms and legal obligations. Spicy Wizard's entertainment purpose does not cancel those obligations. Review the relevant provider's policies before making a payment or participating.

Read the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and shared. Share only what you are comfortable disclosing to the relevant audience.
